Members Class Timetable
This is an example of the Members class timetable. Each class will have a maximum of 4 people. The up to date times and class type can be viewed on our members booking page.
HIIT - A fast paced interval based session to really raise your heart rate and get your body moving.
STRENGTH - Slower paced using heavier weights and improving technique of key lifts.
COMBO - A mixture of HIIT and Strength sessions combining intervals and strength based moves.
